Eleni Papara is a Lecturer in the Department of Port and Shipping Management of the School of Economics and Political Sciences of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in the field of “Accounting Applications”.
She has graduated from the accounting department of T.E.I of Chalkis, and she holds a Master’s Degree in Banking from the Hellenic Open University. She is a certified pedagogist from the Pedagogical Department of the University of Crete and also has a certificate in Adult Education from EOPPEP.
She has been teaching both in Tertiary and Secondary education from 1999 since the present time. She taught at the TEI of Chalkis, (later the TEI of Central Greece), in the departments of Accounting & Finance and Business Administration, giving courses on Accounting, Informatics and Statistics.
She has also served as a trainer in the TEE (later EPA.S) of the O.A.E.D, as well as in Public and Private I.E.K., giving courses on accounting, taxation and IT.
She has also professional experience in the private sector and she is comprehended on the accounting and tax circuit of businesses.
She holds an economic profession license issued from the Economic Chamber of Greece.
